Product introduction
The DKT series centrifugal air conditioning fans are designed for minimal noise and compactness, with a rated flow of 900-9200m³/h and total pressure of 288-690Pa. Featuring external rotor motors for direct drive, these fans offer high efficiency, low noise, substantial airflow, reduced dimensions, and a sleek design. They are ideal for VAV air conditioners, ducted air conditioning units, VAV systems, and various HVAC and purification equipment.
Constructionof Product
-DKT series fans consist of housing,Wheel,baseplate,motor,shaft sleeve and air outlet flange.
1. Housing
The housing is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with aerodynamically designed side panels. The air inlet is integrally stretched and formed, and the volute plate is clamped to the side panels. Pre-tapped holes on the side panels allow for easy installation according to specified outlet directions.
2. Impeller
The forward-curved, multi-blade impeller is fabricated from high-grade hot-dip galvanized steel, featuring aerodynamically optimized blades for peak efficiency and noise reduction. Securely attached via rivet claws to both hub and rim, it ensures steadfastness under continuous max power operation. Each impeller is meticulously tested for static and dynamic balance, adhering to an internal control standard of G2.5 (ANSI AMCA-204).
3. Frame and plate
The Frame and plate is made of high-quality galvanized steel, and a unique reinforcement process ensures sufficient strength. The installation angle of the support plate can be adjusted according to different user requirements.
The DKT series fans boast an external rotor, low-noise three-phase asynchronous motor with a stationary shaft and rotating casing. Mounted on the impeller hub, the motor directly drives the impeller via its casing's rotation. To meet diverse needs, these fans can integrate specialized motors adjustable through methods like three-phase regulators, thyristor controls, or frequency converters, enabling seamless adaptation to fluctuating system loads.
5. Flange
The flange is made of high-quality hot-rolled steel, with precision welding and anti-rust spray treatment. It features a refined appearance and possesses adequate rigidity and strength.
